QUESTION:
I am getting a corrupted error within Cook'n, and restoring from my cloud did not fix the issue. HELP!!
ANSWER:
In the case of a corrupted error, you will need to load a recent backup file that is not corrupted. Please follow these steps to restore a backup file:
- Launch Cook'n
- Click File->Restore->From File System
- Choose a recent/large file from the Documents\Cook'n Backups folder but do not log in to your Cloud account
- Check to see if your recipes are restored...if not, repeat step 3 and choose a different file
- When your recipes are restored, let me know and I will wipe your Cook'n Cloud account so you can re-create it
