ANSWER:

The LC plugin can import LC database files (i.e. zip files, fdx and fdxz files) but it cannot import data from LC backup files. Luckily, there is a way for you to do this.

Simply send your .ICB backup files to support@dvo.com and we will extract the recipes and then send them to you so you can import them.

If the files are too large, we suggest that you use the free service https://www.wetransfer.com to email them.
