To do this, follow these steps:

1. Click the first category
2. Click on the first recipe in that category
3. Hold down the key and click the last recipe in the category to select all of the recipes
4. Click on the list of selected recipes and drag them to the second category and drop them to add all of the recipes to the that category.
5. Delete the first category
6. Then, you can rename that category to whatever you would like.
