Ingredients:
1 tablespoon butter
1 pound ground beef
1/2 medium onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 pound uncooked elbow macaroni
3 cups reduced-sodium beef broth
1/2 cup 2% milk
1 can (15 ounces) crushed tomatoes
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup dill pickles relish
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. In a Dutch oven or large oven-safe skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add ground beef and onion; cook until beef is browned, breaking into crumbles, 5-6 minutes. Add garlic, tomato paste, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper; cook one minute longer. Stir in macaroni, broth, milk, crushed tomatoes and Worcestershire.

Bake until pasta is al dente, 15-20 minutes. Stir in pickle relish and 2 cups shredded cheese; top with remaining 1 cup shredded cheese. Bake until cheese is bubbly, about 5 minutes longer.
