1. Heat griddle or skillet grease if necessary.
2. Stir Bisquick, milk and eggs in large bowl until blended. Stir in remaining ingredients except pizza sauce and Parmesan cheese (batter will be thick). Pour batter by
a little less than 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle spread slightly.
3. Cook until edges are dry. Turn cook until golden brown. Serve topped with pizza sauce and additional pepperoni, tomato and bell pepper. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
HIGH ALTITUDE (3500 to 6500 feet): Spread batter more than slightly on hot griddle. Cook about 2 minutes on each side.
