Select medium size fresh shrimp. Clean and de-vein the shrimp, leaving the tail still on the shrimp. Marinate in lemon juice, salt and pepper for 30 min. Dip the shrimp first in bread crumbs, then in beaten egg and finally in bread crumbs again. Fry in deep fat until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and serve hot
