Mojito Bordelaise


Serves: 5

Ingredients

8 fresh mint leaves
2 ounces Lillet White
1 ounce simple syrup
3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 ounces champagne
mint leaves (or sprig) and orange wedge to garnish

Directions:

In a shaker, Muddle the mint leaves. Add Lillet, simple syrup, and lemon juice. Add ice, shake vigorously and strain into a highball glass. Top with champagne. Garnish with mint sprig and orange wedge.
