Stuffed Pasta Shells

Ingredients

1 (12-ounce) package large pasta shell
1 (16-ounce) container cottage cheese
1 egg slightly beaten
2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
1 (26-ounce) jar spaghetti sauce

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cook shells according to package directions and drain.

In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, egg, and mozzarella. Stuff cooked shells with cheese mixture. Place shells in a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Pour sauce over shells. Cover and bake 45 minutes, or until sauce is bubbly. Makes 6 servings.
