Cook time:
1. Pour soup into small saucepan. Add milk and whisk until smooth. Simmer on medium heat.
2. When soup is hot, add spinach and stir occasionally for 3 minutes.
3. Add sesame ginger salad dressing, parsley, minced onion, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Pour into soup bowls and top each with chow mien noodles.
5. Serve immediately.
