Follow the package instructions to prepare cake mix and bake in 24paper-lined muffin cups. Let cool completely. Frost each cupcake completely with chocolate icing. Spoon or pipe a dollop of icing for the head. Put 5 pieces of candy corn along the back side for the feathers. Place one candy corn on the front of the cupcake for the beak. Sprinkle chocolate sprinkles over the chocolate icing, about halfway. Pipe the eyes above the beak with white frosting. Place a sprinkle in the center of each eye.
