Directions:

Throw roast in the crock pot early (8-9 hours before you want to eat) When you have some free time during the day make potato salad, make sure to chop extra green onion for yakameishi if you did that yesterday than just add your eggs. After 7-8 hours (until meat is falling apart) shred meat, add BBQ sauce, and keep in crock pot on low until time to serve.
