Bacon, Egg and Peanut Butter Sandwiches

Ingredients

6 eggs hard-cooked, chopped
6 slices bacon crisp-fried, drained, and crumbled
mayonnaise Real to taste
chunky peanut butter to taste
12 slices wheat bread

Directions:

Combine egg and bacon in small bowl moisten with mayonnaise. Spread peanut butter on all 12 slices of bread. Spread 6 slices of bread with the egg and bacon mixture and cover each with second slice of bread. Cut diagonally and serve.
