Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly grease baking sheets. In a large mixer bowl at medium speed, beat lard and 1/2 cup sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg yolks. At low speed, beat in flour in three additions alternately with wine, starting and ending with flour, beating well after each addition (mixture will be soft). Chill for 30 minutes. Divide into four portions. On a well floured surface, roll one portion of dough at a time to 1/4 -inch thickness. With a sharp knife or a pastry cutter with a decorative edge, cut 2-inch triangles.
In a small bowl, mix 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon. Dip each triangle completely in sugar mixture and place on baking sheets. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned. While warm, coat each triangle again with sugar mixture, then cool on wire racks. Store in an airtight container.
