Drain chicken, reserving 2 tablespoons of the liquid.
In a 1-quart microwavable bowl or measuring cup, place onion and reserved chicken liquid. Cover with plastic wrap, turning one corner back. Microwave at 100% power (700 watts) 4 to 5 minutes until onion is tender, stirring after 2 minutes. Add chicken, breaking into bite-size pieces. Stir in picante sauce and chili powder. Re-cover and vent. Microwave at 100% power 2 minutes or until very hot, stirring once. Let stand, covered, and keep warm.
Heat taco shells according to package microwave directions. Fill each taco shell with one-eighth of the chicken mixture, cheese, lettuce, and tomato. Serve immediately. Pass sour cream and olives.
Serve with chocolate cake or chocolate sundaes.
