Heat margarine in saucepan add green pepper, celery, and onions sauté for 3 minutes. Stir in soup, milk, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Heat to just below boiling point. Add salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and stir in parsley.
Note: Try these tasty variations:
* Combine with leftover chicken and vegetables serve over baked potatoes.
* Eliminate lemon juice combine with leftover sliced frankfurters and serve over baked potatoes.
* Serve over cooked broccoli spears sprinkle top with mixture of cracker crumbs and grated Parmesan cheese. Place under broiler to brown.
