Soak cucumbers in ice water overnight. Drain cucumbers pack in 6 sterilized jars. In each jar place 2 cloves chopped garlic and 2 stalks dill with blossom. In a large kettle or saucepan, combine water, vinegar and salt bring to a boil. Fill jars to top with boiling liquid leaving 1/2 -inch headspace. Adjust lids. Process in a boiling water bath for 20 minutes.
* Add 1 minute to the processing time for each 1,000 feet above sea level.
