"Don't be surprised if the peel turns black. The inside is yummy."
1. You will need 1 medium size green-tipped banana.
Hold the banana as if it were a boat. With a small, sharp knife, cut from one tip to the other, through the top peel and halfway through the banana. Press ends slightly to "open" up the boat.
2. Fill boat with 1 heaping tablespoon miniature marshmallows.
Top with 1 heaping tablespoon candy-coated chocolate peanut candies.
Place banana boat on a paper plate or microwavable plate. Lay a piece of plastic wrap over the top. Do Not Seal.
3. Microwave at 100% power (700 watts) for 1 minute 15 seconds or until marshmallows melt, (The candy shells will crack a little.) Remove from microwave oven.
4. Carefully remove plastic wrap. Let banana cool at least 2 minutes.
5. Eat with a spoon right out of the boat.
