Fruit And Nut Filling

Ingredients

1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup currants
2 tablespoons butter real
1 egg
1/2 cup pecans chopped
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

In a medium saucepan mix sour cream, sugar, currants, butter and egg. Cook and stir over low heat for 7 to 10 minutes or until slightly thickened. Cool for 5 minutes.

Stir in pecans and vanilla. Cover and chill.

Use as a filling and topping for Delicate White Cake or cake of your choice.
