Herbed Radish Canapés |

2 tablespoons butter real
2 teaspoons radishes minced red
1 teaspoon chives chopped
1/8 teaspoon dill weed dried weed, crushed
Salt and freshly ground pepper
3 slices bread sandwich
6 to 7 radishes very thinly sliced
Fresh parsley sprigs (optional)

In a small bowl, mix butter, radishes, chives, dill and salt and pepper to taste until well blended.
Trim crust from bread. Spread each slice with 1 tablespoon butter mixture. Cut in triangles and top each with three radish slices. Cover and chill.
To serve, garnish each with a parsley sprig if desired.
