Serves: 7
In a blender container, place anise and fennel seeds, cinnamon, pepper and cloves cover. Blend on high speed for about 1 minute or until all spices are powdered. Store in a tightly covered jar in a cool, dry place.
Use to season uncooked meat, especially pork and poultryŠnot more than 1/2 teaspoon per pound of meat.
