Mix together honey, peanut butter, and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients and add to honey mixture. Mix thoroughly. Shape into balls the size of walnuts. Chill in refrigerator until firm.
Note: Balls can be rolled in wheat germ rather than using wheat germ in recipeŠor do both. If you wish to decorate, press a toasted almond on top of each ball.
