Preheat oven to 425°.
Cut rolls in half lengthwise. Using a fork, scoop out bread leaving a 1/4 inch shell. Reserve scooped out bread for another use.
To assemble each half, spread 2 tablespoons of the spaghetti sauce in roll, then sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of the cheese. Arrange one-fourth of the salami over cheese set aside.
In a small bowl, mix remaining cheese with olives. Sprinkle one-fourth of the mixture over each. Place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are browned, cheese is melted and boats are heated through. Serve warm.
Serve with carrot and celery sticks, pickles and fruit gelatin.
* If slices of salami are thick, chop coarsely before using.
