At least 2 hours or up to 2 weeks before serving:
In a small bowl, beat cream cheese with a wire whisk until smooth. Stir in sour cream, wine, onion, salt, paprika and hot pepper sauce until blended. Stir in Roquefort cheese. Cover and chill at least 2 hours or until ready to serve.
Serve on lettuce leaves. Refrigerate leftover dressing. Use within 2 weeks.
