Ingredients

2 cups oats old fashioned
1/3 cup margarine safflower, melted
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup shelled sunflower seed
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder or cayenne pepper

Directions:

Heat oven to 350° F. Combine all ingredients mix well. Bake in an ungreased pan for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool. Store in refrigerator in a covered container. Great on soups, vegetables, or salads.
