Preheat oven to 375°.
In a small bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, green onions and garlic powder until blended. Stir in shrimp. If making ahead, cover and refrigerate.
Cut ten 2-inch rounds from bread slices. Mound 1 tablespoon of the shrimp mixture onto each bread round. Place on an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. Serve hot.
