Tangy Tomato Marinade


Serves: 5

Ingredients

1 cup tomato sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon style mustard
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 cloves garlic minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning dried crushed
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Directions:

In saucepan, bring all ingredients to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes to blend flavors, stirring several times. Cool before pouring over meat.

Note: Refrigerate leftover marinade.
