Ingredients

1 banana ripe, peeled and frozen
1 egg
3/4 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice concentrate
1 tablespoon wheat germ
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

Slice banana into blender or food processor. Add egg, yogurt, orange juice, wheat germ, and vanilla. Process until well-blended.
