Preheat a Dutch oven with 2 tablespoons of oil and brown sausage and onions. Remove sausage and onions and add 2 Tablespoons oil. Pour potatoes into Dutch oven and brown then turn over to brown second side. Top with sausage, onions, then cheese. Finish with 2 cups of country gravy.
