1 Tea bag in case someone doesn't like coffee
1 lb. Sugar (only important if folks take it in their coffee)
2 Cans of condensed milk (see Item #3 above)
* Whatever spices & herbs you can't live without
1 each Salt & Pepper
1 9.5 oz. dispenser of garlic salt
1 5 fl. oz. bottle of Tabasco®
10 lbs. Dry beans
10 lbs. Onions
25 lbs. Spuds
20 lbs. Flour (In an emergency make sure you have a recipe for bannock)
5 Bulbs of garlic
1 Box of tooth picks (we game wardens usually whittle one)
1 Large Container of Cooks Oil (See story entitled "_Happy Cook", also Cooks Oil can be used to sweeten coffee in case you forget Item #3)
1/2 Gallon "regular cooking oil"
1 Package of baking soda
1 Small can of baking powder
1 Mouse trap (You can use it to catch mice if you've nothing else to do, but best used for eliciting loud profane statements from your companions when they sneak out of their bunk to snitch the last piece of cobbler)
