Melt the butter in a 12-inch Dutch oven over the camp stove and sauté onion until it begins to soften and brown. Sprinkle in the flour and stir to mix. Crumble the bouillon cube and add with the water. Add the burger and stir for minutes and season to taste with salt and pepper while you simmer the mixture. Turn the heat off and spread the mashed potatoes over the top. Set the DO in the firepan over 4-6 briquets with 22-26 on the lid and bake for 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are browned.
