This recipe is so easy to prepare. We like it's spaghetti like sauce. Just brown hamburger, cut a few vegetables and open cans. If you find that this recipe makes too much for your family freeze 1/2 of the soup before you add the noodles. In a couple of weeks you'll have a quick and easy meal where all you'll need to do is defrost, cook the noodles and serve. This is one of those dishes which seems to get better after it sits overnight. If I want to use the soup for 2 meals I have to get it
in the freezer fast, or it is eaten for lunch the next day. Croutons are good served as a garnish with this soup. I like to use 1/2 of the beans for a 3 bean salad. You will find the carrots for this meal in the fridge if you have followed my weekly menu. They were cooked with the apple juice pork chop meal.
