Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together. Gradually beat in sour cream and orange juice concentrate. Whip cream fold into cheese mixture. Stir in drained fruit cocktail and oranges. Spread into a 9 x 9-inch pan lined with foil. Freeze until firm cover, label, and freeze for longer storage.
To serve, let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes. Cut into serving pieces. Serve on lettuce leaves and sprinkle with toasted coconut.
