In a mixing bowl, place peanut butter, honey and vanilla. Mix with a wooden spoon until well blended. Add milk powder, oats and graham cracker crumbs and mix thoroughly. Shape into balls, using about 1 tablespoon of the mixture for each ball. Roll in powdered sugar until coated, shaking off any extra sugar. Place on a waxed paper-lined tray or jelly roll pan to dry slightly.
Store snowballs in an airtight container in a cool place. You may wish to roll in powdered sugar again before serving.
