Spread 4 tortillas evenly with salad dressing. Layer with cheeses, chicken, bacon and remaining tortillas. Place each quesadilla into a skillet sprayed with non-stick vegetable spray. Grill over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes on each side, or until golden and cheese is melted. Let stand for 2 minutes; cut into wedges. Serve with salsa.
Tip: Make your pizza cutter do double duty...it’s oh-so handy for slicing cheesy quesadillas into wedges too.
