Crumb Cake

Ingredients

Basic Sweet Yeast Dough
TOPPING
1/2 cup white flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) soft butter

Directions:

1. Press the dough into a buttered 8-x-8-inch pan.

2. Mix all of the topping ingredients together with your fingertips until well blended and crumbly. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the top of the dough. Cover and set in a warm spot for about 45 minutes, or until the dough doubles in bulk.

3. Place in a preheated 375°F oven for about 20 minutes, or until well browned. Let cool in the pan on a wire rack before serving.
