Dissolve yeast in a little bit of warm water. Mix yeast with the melted butter, milk, flour, eggs and half of the powdered sugar. Mix to create a smooth batter. Peel and core apples. Slice into rings and sprinkle with remaining powdered sugar then dip rings, one by one, into the batter and deep fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and serve hot. Sprinkle with a little powdered sugar
