Combine butter and brown sugar in a medium bowl; mix well. Add fruit; toss gently to coat. Arrange fruit cut-side down on a sheet of aluminum foil with edges pinched to form a rim. Place on a medium-hot grill; heat until caramelized around edges. Turn fruit and repeat, moving frequently to avoid browning. Serve warm.
Tip: Add fun to dessert! Serve ice cream in aluminum foil-lined flower pots and add a cookie-on-a-skewer flower.
