Key Lime Chicken

Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons lime juice
3 cloves garlic, minced

Directions:

Place chicken in a large plastic zipping bag; set aside. Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl; pour over chicken. Refrigerate for one hour; discard marinade. Grill chicken on a medium-hot grill for about 10 to 15 minutes per side, until juices run clear.

Tip: Cookouts can have a whimsical theme to make decorating more fun! Choose something easy that everyone will enjoy…a beach party, fiesta or western barbecue would all be terrific.
