Sauté mushrooms and onion in oil for 2 to 3 minutes, until tender. Add water, pizza sauce, pepperoni, tomatoes, sausage and Italian seasoning. Bring to boil over medium heat; reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 20 minutes. Stir in Parmesan cheese; garnish individual servings with mozzarella.
Tip: Cute croutons! Butter bread slices and cut into shapes using mini cookie cutters. Bake at 200 degrees until crunchy and golden.
