Allow dough to rise according to package directions. Punch down, divide into 10 pieces. Roll each into 5-inch circle. Put 1/4 cup of ham and 2 tablespoons cheese on each circle. Press filling into dough a bit. Beat egg yolk and water together; brush on edges of dough. Fold circles in half; pinch to seal. Brush tops with yolk mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes on a greased baking sheet, until golden.
Tip: Liven up lunch with Veggie Rockets! Thin slices of carrots, radishes and cucumbers threaded on a skewer make the rocket body; top it off with a baby corncob on the end. Serve with “rocket fuel” dip for a real blast!
