Mega Smoothie

Ingredients

1 mango peeled, seeded, and chopped
2 frozen bananas
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup fresh carrot juice
1 cup dairy or dairy free yogurt or buttermilk
2 tablespoons wheat germ
1 cup ice
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
2 tablespoons carob mint spirulina (optional)
2 tablespoons flaxseeds or oil (optional)

Directions:

Blend all ingredients well and pour into a large, chilled glass.

VARIATIONS
If fresh mango is unavailable, simply soak dried mango for about 20 minutes in warm water to soften and hydrate it.
Substitute, perhaps, fresh or frozen pineapple for the mango.
Add, if you desire, some fresh coconut milk or coconut-pineapple juice, or orange-mango juice.
