Strawberry Kiwi Frappe

Ingredients

1 cup frozen strawberries
2 kiwi fruits chopped, peeling optional
2 frozen bananas
1 cup frozen apple juice concentrate
1 tablespoon wheat germ
1 tablespoon flaxseeds or oil
1 tablespoon bee pollen

Directions:

Blend everything until smooth and creamy. Serve and enjoy!

VARIATIONS
Substitute orange juice concentrate for apple.
Substitute yogurt or buttermilk for the apple juice concentrate.
