1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 2-quart casserole dish, and set aside.
2. In a large bowl, combine the stuffing mix with the celery, onion, and butter or margarine. Gradually stir in the broth, fruit juice, or water until well mixed.
3. Transfer the stuffing to the prepared casserole dish, cover, and bake for 20 to 30 minutes. If a crisp top is desired, uncover the dish and bake for 10 additional minutes.
