Carrot Cake Muffins

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup agave
2 eggs
1/4 cup olive oil
2 medium sized carrots shredded
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:

Combine all dry ingredients together. Add the agave, eggs, adn oil. Mix well then add the shredded carrots, mix until well blended. Bake @ 350° for 14-18 minutes.
