Ingredients

1 (13 3/4-ounce) can artichoke hearts drained
1/2 cup wheat free bread crumbs
2 teaspoons capers and their juice
1/4 cup green olives
1 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1/2 cup olive oil
fresh ground pepper

Directions:

Puree all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
