1. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat, then add the garlic, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken tenders and cook about 2 minutes on each side.
2. Reduce the heat to medium-low and add the cream and basil. Simmer the chicken for 2 or 3 minutes, turn the pieces over, and continue to simmer another 2 or 3 minutes.
3. Spoon over rice or pasta, and serve hot.
