1. Remove the giblet packet.
2. Juice enough lemons to yield 1?3 cup.
3. Place all of the marinade ingredients in a medium size bowl and stir.
4. Pour the marinade in a sturdy gallon size plastic bag with a zip-lock top. Add the chicken, shake to coat, and refrigerate from 1 to 8 hours. 5. Place the marinated chicken in a baking pan breast side up. Cook in a preheated 350°F oven according to the chart on page 290. Let the cooked bird sit about 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
