• 1 Betty Crocker Bake 'n Fill Cake Pan
• 1 package cake mix
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 can frosting (or more if you'd like)
• 1 large smile
  

These Ice Cream Cakes are SO much fun! As you can see in the pictures below, I've made quite a few. This will give you some ideas but you'll have a fun time using your creativity, coming up with your own designs, and best of all--decorating them with the kids!

Whip up your cake mix same as you normally would. I like to add in a cup of sour cream. It makes the cake sooo moist! Pour your cake mix into the Betty Crocker Bake 'n Fill Cake Pan, put on the cap and bake per the directions on the cake mix package. Now comes' the fun! After baking and cooling fill your cake with ice cream, flip it over on it's flat side, grab your cake decorating tools and confections and you're on you way to making a bit of birthday dessert magic!
