1 lemon cake mix with pudding
1 egg
1 cup frozen whipped topping
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 cups confectioners' sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat cake mix, egg, whipped topping and lemon juice together on medium speed until well blended (dough will be sticky).
Drop batter by the teaspoonfuls into the confectioners sugar and roll. Place balls of dough onto ungreased baking sheet and bake for 9-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
