Luscious Lemon Ice Cream

20
1 1/2 qts. whole milk
1 (14.5 oz) can evaporated milk
4 c. sugar
1 c. lemon juice
2 c. whipping cream
1 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
Mix all ingredients well and pour into ice-cream canister. Freeze
according to manufacturer’s directions. It is best to make this
2-3 hours in advance to allow the lemony flavor to really lush forth.
Makes 5 quarts.
